UCS is dedicated to providing our customers with a hassle free, pleasant online shopping experience, and we guarantee the quality and value of our merchandise. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change an order and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these requests within 14 days of delivery date and upon approval.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact UCS customer service immediately by phone or email and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, or Gift Card. Please note, UCS does not offer refunds for any items - Gift Card or exchange only. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the received item(s) is defective (once inspected) or sent in error.

Bras can be returned in person at our store, or by mail within 14 days of delivery date. Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and free of scent and stains, pet hair, with their original packaging and all tags attached, and a copy of your original invoice. Due to the hygienic laws of Canada and the nature of intimate garments, we are unable to accept returns of panties, thongs, bikini bottoms, full pieces, and bodysuits (anything with a gusset). Please be 100% sure of your size before purchasing these particular items! If these styles are returned, or if your bra is deemed to have been worn, they will be sent back to you at your expense. UCS is not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipment of the item(s) you are returning. We will confirm by email whether or not the items are in proper condition for return.

Return/Exchange Checklist:

Contact UCS customer service in person, by phone or email within 14 days of delivery.
Garments are unwashed, unworn, and free of scent and stains, pet hair.
Garments are with original packaging with all tags attached.
A copy of your original invoice/receipt is included, with a note indicating exchange or Gift Card credit.
No bottoms, thongs, panties, shapewear, swimsuits or bodysuits (anything with a gusset) are being NOT returnable or exchangeable.
